PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conjugated diene rubber composition capable of providing a rubber crosslinked product excellent in low heat generating property, abrasion resistance and wet grip property while maintaining good mixing processability.SOLUTION: There is provide a conjugated diene rubber composition containing (A) a conjugated diene rubber obtained by an emulsion polymerization and having the content percentage of an aromatic vinyl monomer unit of 30 to 50 wt.% and (B) a modified conjugated diene rubber obtained by a solution polymerization and having a hydroxyl group with the content percentage of the conjugated diene rubber (A) and the modified conjugated diene rubber (B) of 55:45 to 85:15 by weight ratio of "conjugated diene rubber (A):modified conjugated diene rubber (B)".
