<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a runner which can be smoothly inserted into a rail without being caught in the rail when being inserted into the rail. <P>SOLUTION: The runner 18 has a rail sliding member 34 which can slide along a guide part 14b formed in the rail 14. A pair of engaging parts 34b and 34c provided so as to extend in a horizontal direction are formed at an end part in a vertical direction of the rail sliding member 34.
