Disclosed are a method, device and system for processing a radio link failure report. The method comprises: when a radio link failure occurs in a user equipment in a current cell, if security activation is conducted, initiating, by the user equipment, a radio resource control (RRS) connection re-establishment request; if a re-establishment cell is selected before re-establishment timing has timed out, sending, by the user equipment, an RRS connection re-establishment request to a network device, and recording an identifier of the re-establishment cell in a radio link failure report; and sending, by the user equipment, the radio link failure report to the network device, so as to enable the network device to determine the reason for radio link failure of the user equipment according to the radio link failure report, so that the problem in the prior art that the reason for a radio link failure cannot be accurately diagnosed can be solved, thereby improving the efficiency for network self-optimization solving. |
