<p>Disclosed is a fixing device (100) for treating othematoma comprising a puncture member (1) and a clamping member (2). The fixing device (100) is applied to an ear (200), the ear (200) has a cartilage (201) and a scarfskin (202), the scarfskin (202) covers the cartilage (201), and a space (203) is located between the scarfskin (202) and the cartilage (201). The puncture member (1) has a puncture needle (12), the puncture needle (12) is used to be penetratively provided at the scarfskin (202), the space (203) and the cartilage (201). The clamping member (2) has a clamping slot (23), the clamping slot (23) is used for fixing the puncture needle (12) in a sleeving manner, so that the puncture member (1) and the clamping member (2) are compressed on the scarfskin (202), and the scarfskin (202) is fitted to the cartilage (201) which is covered thereby. The scarfskin (202) is fitted to the cartilage (201) by compressing the puncture member (1) and the clamping member (2) so that the space (203) is eliminated.
