The present invention relates to a reclosable and disposable cup lid, which can maximize the ease of use of a disposable cup by enabling a user to select a drinking area when drinking hot beverages. The present invention relates to a cup lid having a side wall unit which has a fixing unit fixated on an upper side of a container and arranged to cover the most on an upper surface of the container. Provided is a reclosable and disposable cup lid which comprises: a first state of being arranged to be a shape wherein an extended unit (210) and a side wall unit (140) of an opening and closing unit (200) face each other; a second state of opening an opening unit (230) as the opening and closing unit is upwardly rotated by a folding unit for the extended unit to be closely arranged in an upper surface of the other side and fixated; and a third state wherein the opening and closing unit is downwardly rotated for the extended unit to be inserted into an inner portion of the side wall unit and a closed state is fixated. |
