PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic joined body having high joining strength even in a high temperature environment.SOLUTION: Provided is a ceramic joined body 10 obtained by joining a first ceramic sintered compact 1 and a second ceramic sintered compact 2 with a joining layer 3 including a metal silicon phase and the crystal grains of silicon carbide, and the average ruggedness degree of the crystal grains of the silicon carbide in the cross-section of the joining layer 3 is 1.02 to 1.08. By satisfying such constitution, the ceramic joined body has high joining strength even in a high temperature environment. |
