PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress entry of foreign matters or the like from an exhaust outlet.SOLUTION: A battery cooling structure includes: a battery pack 20 storing batteries in an internal space; air supply means 26 supplying cooling air to the battery pack 20; and exhaust means 30 discharging exhaust air from the battery pack 20. The battery pack 20 is arranged below a vehicle rear seat 10, an exhaust outlet 54 of the exhaust means 30 is provided in a floor surface 42 in a rear space of the rear seat 10 within a vehicle, and the exhaust air from the battery pack 20 is discharged upward from the exhaust outlet 54 provided in the floor surface 42 in the rear space.
