PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage circuit allowing a high-speed operation.SOLUTION: A storage circuit 10 has, a first switch Sw1 with one end electrically connected to an input section, a first capacitive element C1 including a first capacitive first electrode C11 and a first capacitive second electrode C12, a second capacitive element C2 including a second capacitive first electrode C21 and a second capacitive second electrode C22, and a logic section LGC. The other end of the first switch Sw1 is connected to the first capacitive first electrode C11, the second capacitive second electrode C22, and an input of the logic section LGC, and an output of the logic section LGC is connected to the second capacitive first electrode C21. The storage circuit 10 allowing high-speed operation is provided because, when information is stored in a first node n1, capacitive coupling between the first capacitive element C1 and the second capacitive element C2 can change the potential of the first node n1 quickly. |
