PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stereoscopic image display device which generates and displays a significant parallax image corresponding to a position of a viewer, a terminal device, a stereoscopic image display method, and a program thereof.SOLUTION: A stereoscopic image display device 1 for displaying an image corresponding to each of a plurality of viewpoints includes: a stereoscopic image display panel 10 including a display panel 11 having a plurality of pixels arrayed therein and beam separation means 12 which is provided on the display surface side of the display panel 11 and separates a parallax image from the pixels toward N viewpoints (N is a natural number equal to or larger than 2) corresponding to an array direction (X axis direction) of the pixels; a viewer position measurement unit 45 which measures a viewing position of a viewer facing the display surface; a relative position calculation unit 40 which calculates a relative position of the viewer relative to the stereoscopic image display panel 10 on the basis of the measurement result; and an image generation processing unit 30 which generates a parallax image corresponding to the relative position and outputs the parallax image toward the stereoscopic image display panel 10.
