摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a collision jet type cooler capable of more stably exerting excellent cooling performance.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a collision jet type cooler 100 comprising: a fin 12; a nozzle 2 for supplying a coolant to the fin 12; a frame 3 for elastically supporting the nozzle 2 from the lateral side; and a top plate 4 for supporting the nozzle 2 from the opposite side, to the coolant supply hole 21, of the nozzle 2. The top plate 4 supports the nozzle 2 via a support member 5. By moving the top plate 4 to the fin 12 side, the coolant supply hole 21 of the nozzle 2 is brought into contact with an edge 122 of the fin 12. When the top plate 4 is moved further to the fin 12 side while melting the support member 5 by heating the top plate 4, the top plate 4 and the frame 3 are brought into contact with each other so that the top plate 4 and the frame 3 are bonded together by heating a contact portion between the top plate 4 and the frame 3.</p>
