<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sphere position measurement method capable of accurately measuring a three-dimensional position of a center of a revolving sphere regardless of a deposition situation of grease on a surface of the sphere, and a sphere position measurement device.SOLUTION: While lighting a ball bearing with first and second ring illuminations and imaging a revolving ball in a first imaging direction, the ball is simultaneously imaged in a second imaging direction. On the basis of both a central position Pof a first main reflection light image included in a first captured image that is captured in the first imaging direction and a second main reflection light image included in a second captured image that is captured in the second imaging direction, a three-dimensional position of a center of the ball is calculated by arithmetic operation. In the case where the first main reflection light image is unclear, coordinates of a central position Pof a clear first sub reflection light image 42 is corrected by a vector D(Δu,Δv) and the central position Pof the first main reflection light image is calculated.</p> |
