PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid increase in the component costs and the assembly work hours without impairing the visual quality even when light emitting elements are not lighted.SOLUTION: A transparent substrate 11 includes light emitting elements 12, a power feeding side conductive path 13, and a ground side conductive path 14. A first frame part 21 and a second frame part 22 respectively include a first sandwiching surface 21d and a second sandwiching surface 22d which sandwich at least a part of a peripheral part of the transparent substrate 11. A power feeding side conductive path 23 is formed on the first sandwiching surface 21d and electrically connected with the power feeding side conductive path 13. A ground side conductive path 24 is formed on the second sandwiching surface 22d and electrically connected with the ground side conductive path 14. A first connector part 31 is provided at a part of the first frame part 21 and has power feeding side terminals 33 which are electrically connected with the power feeding side conductive path 23. A second connector part 32 is provided at a part of the second frame part 22 and has ground side terminals 34 electrically connected with the ground side conductive path 24. |
