PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertising matter creation support device for enabling a client to easily recognize that words and phrases against compliance are included as a character item in an advertising matter.SOLUTION: The advertising matter creation support device includes: edition means for editing an advertising matter on the basis of a correction request from a client terminal 10; error word and phrase storage means for storing error words and phrases designated for each error determination group; error determination group discrimination means for discriminating an error determination group to which the client terminal 10 as a request source is belonging on the basis of a correction request; advertising matter error discrimination means for discriminating whether or not a character item 6 including the error words and phrases exists in the advertising matter; and error signal transmission means for transmitting an error signal to the client terminal 10 on the basis of the error discrimination result of the advertising matter. The advertising matter error discrimination means discriminates whether or not the character item exists on the basis of the error words and phrases corresponding to the error determination group to which the client terminal 10 is belonging.
