PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service providing system enabling waiting time of a service providing terminal to be effectively utilized.SOLUTION: In a service providing system for providing games with plural game machines GM, a control unit 50 of a reservation terminal TM receives a request of reservation for using one of the game machines GM from a user and manages reservation status information indicating a reservation status of each of the plural game machines GM. The control unit 50 calculates waiting time of the game machine GM whose reservation request has been received on the basis of the reservation status information and provides notification about information on another game machine GM available during the waiting time. |
