<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a four-point contact ball bearing capable of suppressing occurrence of lubrication failure under an oil lubrication environment.SOLUTION: A four-point contact ball bearing 1 includes an inner ring 2, an outer ring 3, a plurality of balls 4 and a cage 5. The ball 4 comes into contact with a raceway surface 2a of the inner ring 2 and a raceway surface 3a of the outer ring 3 at two points respectively, and a lubricating oil A is supplied from an axial direction. A supply direction upstream side of the lubricating oil A is made to be an open state, and on the supply direction downstream side of the lubricating oil A, an inner ring side shield plate 6 comprising a cylindrical part 6a which is externally fitted and fixed at the inner ring 2 and a disk part 6b extending to the outer diameter side from the cylindrical part 6a, and an outer ring side shield plate 7 comprising a cylindrical part 7a internally fitted and fixed at the outer ring 3 and a disk part 7b extending to the inner diameter side from the cylindrical part 7a are provided. The extended end surface of the disk part 6b of the inner ring side shield plate 6 and the extended end surface of the disk part 7b of the outer ring side shield plate 7 are oppositely arranged by having a predetermined gap c.</p> |
