<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image reading device which easily allows taking measures during production and during maintenance for preventing deterioration in quality of a read image due to variation in surface accuracy of a mirror.SOLUTION: The image reading device comprises: an illuminating device 3 which illuminates a document 11 put on a platen 12 linearly in a main scanning direction; a mirror 15, a mirror 16, and a mirror 17 for reflecting reflected light from the document 11; an imaging lens 18 which forms an image of the reflected light; and a photoelectric conversion element 19 which reads an image formed by the imaging lens. In the image reading device, the mirror 16 is moved in the main scanning direction for adjustment of the degree of focus.</p> |
