<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element, an optical device and an electronic apparatus, capable of measuring an amount of light with high accuracy.SOLUTION: An optical element 5 includes: a conductive fixed reflection film 54; a movable reflection film 55 opposite the fixed reflection film 54; a second light-transmissive insulator film 573 provided on a side of the fixed reflection film 54 opposite the movable reflection film 55; and a light receiving part 58 provided on a side of the second insulator film 573 opposite the fixed reflection film 54, and within a light receiving area where the fixed reflection film 54, the movable reflection film 55 and the second insulator film 573 overlap with each other in an element plane view viewed from film thickness directions of the fixed reflection film 54 and the movable reflection film 55, and receiving light emitted from the fixed reflection film 54.</p> |
