<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide coloring cellulose plate-shaped powders which can be expected to provide a good coloring, a gloss, and a wrinkles shading-off effect, and to provide a cosmetic containing the coloring cellulose plate-shaped powders.SOLUTION: The coloring cellulose plate-shaped powder is obtained by coating the surface of a cellulose plate-shaped powder having a mean particle diameter in the range of 3-30μm with inorganic oxide particles or inorganic hydroxide particles in a range of 0.01-60 mass%. By combining the coloring cellulose plate-shaped powder obtained thereby into a cosmetic preparation, a cosmetic having a good coloring, a gloss, and a wrinkles shading-off effect is obtained.</p> |
