<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rice bran extract that has a powder component stably dispersed when the powder component is mixed.SOLUTION: The composition for filling capsule comprises: the rice bran extract that comprises acylated sterol glycoside of 2.7-4.1 mass%,γ-oryzanol of 1.4-2.1 mass%, and phospholipid of 18-28 mass% expressed as stearo-oleo-lecithin, and when subjected to hydrolysis, comprises linoleate of 20-30 mass%, oleate of 24-37 mass%, palmitate of 11-17 mass%, and phytosterol of 1.7-2.6 mass% relative to the mass before hydrolysis; waxes; and a powder.</p> |
