<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise that occurs when settling deflection at the time of removing skew of an original.SOLUTION: In an original transportation device, a rear half portion of an original is transported for deflecting the original in a state where rotation of a register roller pair 7 is stopped, a separation roller 5 is rotated, and a tip end of the original is made to abut with the register roller pair, and after that, in a state where rotation of the separation roller is stopped, the register roller pair is rotated to settle the deflection, and in the middle of this action, the separation roller is rotated. Thus, such action is eliminated as pulling an original out of the separation roller whose rotation is being stopped, reducing loop settling noise that is caused by settling of the deflection.</p> |
