<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article sorting system which is capable of accurate article sorting, and which is superior in operating efficiency and reduces a burden on an operator.SOLUTION: An article sorting system includes: a separate sorting frontage with an open/shut door; a mixed load sorting frontage with an open/shut door for inserting a separate distribution container which stores an article sorted into the separate sorting frontage; driving means capable of opening and shutting the open/shut doors independently of each other; identification information input means for inputting identification information of the article and the separate distribution container; and a function for opening the open/shut door of the separate sorting frontage associated with the identification information of the article and for opening the open/shut door of the mixed load sorting frontage associated with the identification information of the separate distribution container.</p> |
