<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to notify a wireless telephone set to an incoming call rejection mode of a caller telephone number when an incoming call arrived while the called telephone is set to the incoming call rejection mode, although in the incoming call rejection mode according to the prior methods, it is not possible to find out existence of a call or a caller telephone number of an incoming call arriving while the called telephone is set to the incoming call rejection mode. <P>SOLUTION: A wireless access point situated between a communication network (telephone network) and a wireless telephone is provided with: incoming call rejection determination means for determining whether an incoming call will be rejected or not according to a predefined condition; and incoming call notification mail transmission means for transmitting an electronic mail notifying a target wireless telephone of the incoming call. If the incoming call rejection determination means rejected an incoming call from the telephone network, the incoming call notification mail transmission means notifies a prescribed destination of the arrival date and time of the rejected incoming call and the caller telephone number according to a prescribed trigger.
