<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically control permission or non-permission of communication depending on a context of a called person. <P>SOLUTION: A communication control device 100 monitors a context of an incoming side terminal R if it has detected that the incoming side terminal R did not accept a call. Then, the communication control device 100 makes the incoming side terminal R and an originating side terminal S perform call-back communication only if the context of the incoming side terminal R has become the state of incoming call permission. Because the communication control device 100 thus automatically determines the state of incoming call permission of the incoming side terminal R, a user of the incoming side terminal R has no need to bother to remember necessity of a callback. In addition, if the incoming side terminal R is in the state of incoming call non-permission, callback communication is not performed; and therefore the user of the incoming side terminal R does not suffer from receiving a callback request when it is in the state of incoming call non-permission. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
