<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress collision of packets. <P>SOLUTION: A GW device stores route information from node devices to the own GW device, or address information of adjacent node devices for each node device. Then, the GW device determines node devices for executing data transmission by a broadcast based on stored information. The GW device notifies the determined adjacent node devices of being selected to execute data transmission by a broadcast.
