<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to dispose a rice conveying means on the upper face of a lid in an embedded state while making easy maintenance in an upper hopper, reducing deviation of a charged rice and having a negative pressure-sustainable strength. <P>SOLUTION: A rice washing machine is provided with: a rice washing tank 2 for washing the rice; a measuring machine 3 for measuring the rice to feed to the rice washing tank; the upper hopper 4 for holding the rice and feeding it to the measuring machine; a negative pressure means E for making the inside of the upper hopper negative in pressure; a rice storage 5 to store the rice below the rice washing tank; and a rice-conveying means F for suction-conveying the rice in the rice storage into the upper hopper by the negative pressure of the inside thereof. The upper hopper has a hopper body 6 which forms a rice-storing space S and whose lower feeding port 6a is connected to the measuring machine, and a lid 7 which forms the upper part of the rice-storing space and fits closely to the hopper body. The lid is formed by a synthetic resin and the ceiling part 7A thereof is evaginated upwardly. The rice insertion port 7a connected with the rice-conveying means and the top recess 7B disposing the rice-conveying means are formed in the ceiling part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
