<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive sheet for a touch panel capable of obtaining high transparency and improving visibility and detection sensitivity, and to provide a touch panel. <P>SOLUTION: A conductive sheet 10 comprises a transparent base substance 12, and a conductive part 14 formed on one principal surface of the transparent base substance 12. The conductive part 14 has two or more conductive patterns 64 formed of thin metallic lines 16 arranged in one direction, and the conductive pattern 64 is connected with two or more sensing parts 68 formed of the thin metallic lines 16.
