A lid-body opening and closing mechanism mounts a lid body in an openable and closable manner to the opening of a case body and holds a distribution cable for electrically connecting the case body and the lid body. The lid-body opening and closing mechanism is provided with: a first member mounted so as to be slidable along the mounting surface of the case body; and a second member having one end mounted pivotally to the first member and the other end secured to the lid body. The distribution cable is held while being bent along both the first member and the second member.
