摘要 The present invention provides an intermediate base material film and a touch panel sensor which can inhibit deviation of colors in a case of viewing the intermediate base material film at various angles. The intermediate base material film (10) for supporting a patterned conductive layer comprises: a transparent base material (11); a first transparent layer (12) which is formed on one surface (11A) of the transparent base material (11) and which has a refractive index of from 1.47 to 1.57 and a film thickness of 1 μm or more; a first high-refractive-index layer (13) which is formed on the first transparent layer (12) and has a refractive index of from 1.62 to 1.72 and a film thickness of from 20 nm to 80 nm; and a first low-refractive-index layer (14) which is formed on the first high-refractive-index layer (13) and has a refractive index of from 1.44 to 1.54 and a film thickness from of 3 nm to 45 nm, wherein when the normal direction of the surface of the intermediate base material film (10) is determined as 0° and the intermediate base material film (10) is irradiated with light from the first low-refractive-index layer (14) side while changing an incident angle at every 5° in a range of from equal to or more than 0° to equal to or less than 75° to determine a* and b* values in a L*a*b color system from reflected light toward each regular reflection direction, a variation of the a* values is 1.0 or less, and a variation of the b* values is 1.6 or less.
