According to the present invention, a measurement device for rotational movement comprises: a reference frame for a measurement device which is connected to a rotational shaft and transmits a rotational force to an external apparatus by receiving a driving force from the rotational shaft; and a rotational movement measurement unit measuring displacement of one side of the reference frame (300) for a measurement device. In the present invention, when measuring the amount of rotation, improved resolution can be obtained by using a reference surface which is continuously changed in accordance with rotation compared to a conventional method. On the other hand, when measuring a rotational force, a measurement device is easily applied in case of a large facility wherein rotational movement is performed in a steel mill. Further, the amount of rotation and a rotational force can be separately measured, and enabling the amount of rotation and a rotational force to be measured together, thereby easily controlling an integrated rotational shaft. |
