Disclosed are an infrared detecting device for a portable guided weapon and a portable guided weapon using the same. The present invention includes at least one infrared sensor sensing infrared rays and generating a photocurrent corresponding to the intensity of the sensed infrared rays; a trans-impedance amplifier (TIA) receiving the photocurrent and a reverse-bias voltage, converting the photocurrent into voltages, and amplifying and outputting the voltages; a reverse-bias unit generating a reverse-bias voltage of a preset voltage level and applying the same as a non-reverse input to the TIA; and a filter receiving an output of the TIA to remove noise.
