CABLE TRENCH COVER AND MANUFACTURING METHODS

Disclosed is a cable trench cover fixed to a trench, which has fixing grooves formed at both sides of an upper part thereof and each supporting jaw formed at an upper side of each fixing groove. The cable trench cover includes: a plate, which has an arch part having an arch shape curved upward and has each supporting part formed at both side ends of the arch part in such a manner that each supporting part is bend toward the inside of the arch part and is supported by each supporting jaw of the trench; each fixing part bent from both side ends of the arch part downward to be fixed to the trench; and a plurality of stress dispersion ribs, which are included in the space between the arch part and the supporting parts in a vertical direction, are spaced from each other to form each space part between the stress dispersion ribs, and connect the supporting parts of the plate with each other in order to disperse load exerted to the plate with an arch shape. As described above, the present invention provides a cable trench cover and a manufacturing method of the same, which can be manufactured to have a low weight because the number of stress dispersion ribs is reduced. Accordingly, the cable trench cover may be easily moved and have improved durability enough to endure a heavy load.
