The present invention relates to an environmentally friendly ink jet coating composite, a method for preparing a coating steel sheet using the method, and an environmentally friendly coating steel sheet. More specifically, the present invention relates to a manufacturing technology for the coating steel sheet using the environmentally friendly ink jet coating composite including 2 to 30 weight percent of ultraviolet curable acrylate oligomer with a weight average molecular weight of 1,000-3,000, 25 to 70 weight percent of acrylic monomer, 0.5 to 10 weight percent of photoinitiator, 1 to 30 weight percent of photocatalysis, and 0.01 to 5 weight percent of phytoncide capsules, and to the environmentally friendly ink jet coating composite with the viscosity from 1 to 50 centipoise (cP). In accordance to this invention, it is possible to obtain the environmentally friendly ink jet coating composite which is equally dispersed with nano titanium dioxide (TiO_2) particles and phytoncide capsules. By printing the coating composite through an ink jet printing device that sprays TiO2 particles and phytoncide capsules within the ink′s droplets, it is possible to maximize the area which contacts with harmful substances such as endocrine disrupters in the air, thereby absorbing and breaking down the harmful substances. |
