PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly recover toner.SOLUTION: A toner recovery device 30 includes: a recovery box 40 that is connected with a suction duct 31, accommodates a suction fan 46 and a filter 47 provided on the upstream side thereof, and sucks a toner scattered around a developing unit with the suction fan 46 to be adsorbed on the filter 47; a vibration motor 51 that vibrates the filter 47; an air assist fan 55 that blows the air to the inside of a duct in the middle of the suction duct 31; and a control unit 60 that stops the suction fan 46 and air assist fan 55 when driving the vibration motor 51 and driving the suction fan 46 when driving the air assist fan 55.
