<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed signal generator capable of flexibly responding to a manual operation regarding travelling of a railway vehicle and actions of a travel controller and a safety device, and generating and outputting a frequency signal indicating travelling speed.SOLUTION: A speed signal generator generating a frequency signal according to travelling speed generated by travelling of a railroad vehicle on the basis of a control action regarding travelling of this railroad vehicle and travelling conditions set beforehand, includes: setting storage means for storing a setting regarding speed change rate corresponding to the control action; frequency variation means for detecting input of a control action, acquiring a speed change rate corresponding to the detected control action from setting storage means, and varying a present frequency at a speed according to the acquired speed change rate; signal generation means for generating a frequency signal for the changed frequency; and signal output means for outputting the generated frequency signal.</p> |
