<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of avoiding the leakage of confidential information included in a user voice in operation guidance between a user and a supporter.SOLUTION: A guide server constituting an operation guide system determines whether or not a secret word is included in a voice by voice recognition processing on the voice uttered by a user. If the voice uttered by the user includes a secret word, the guide server generates synthetic voice data in which the secret voice word, that is, the voice data of the secret word is replaced by substitution voice data, that is, the voice data of a substitution word corresponding to the secret word. Thereafter, the guide server transmits the synthetic voice data to a supporter terminal.</p> |
