<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal pigment for an automobile exterior metallic coating material, which can prevent a metallic unevenness caused in a very wide area like an automotive body. <P>SOLUTION: The metal pigment for the automobile exterior metallic coating material contains metal particles and a coupling agent that are adsorbed to a surface thereof.
