The present disclosure relates to a tying implement formed on the top surface of a shoe and, more particularly, which has enabled shoes such as sneakers or dress shoes to be very conveniently used by a user by enabling tying to be easily done and preventing a tying implement that has been installed on a shoe from becoming disengaged, has simplified the manufacturing process of the tying implement so as to reduce the manufacturing cost thereof, and has inserted a character in the tying implement so as to provide interest for youngsters. To achieve the above objectives, the present disclosure has improved the structure so that when the tying implement is inserted into a tying hole, the tying implement is easily inserted, and once the tying implement is inserted, the tying implement will not easily be disengaged. Even when manufactured by using only silicon or a synthetic rubber and not inserting metal, the functions of the tying implement can be performed so as to reduce manufacturing costs. Also, a character decorates one side of the tying implement in order to provide more interest for youngsters. |
