摘要 Disclosed are a system and a method to control camber and strip deviation. The system to control camber and strip deviation comprises: a camber and strip deviation measurer arranged in an outlet of a rolling mill to measure the camber and strip deviation of a steel plate passing the rolling mill; a roll force measurer to measure roll force deviation between a drive side (D/S) and a work side (W/S) of the steel plate passing the rolling mill; a camber and strip deviation calculation part to calculate the lateral asymmetry information of the steel plate using the measured value received from the camber and strip deviation measurer; a camber and strip deviation controller to calculate a roll level control amount of the rolling mill to prevent the camber and strip deviation of the steel plate based on the lateral asymmetry information of the steel plate calculated by the strip deviation calculation part and the roll force deviation measured by the roll force measurer; and a gap level controller for a rolling mill to control the roll level of the rolling mill according to the roll level control amount calculated by the camber and strip deviation controller. Thus, the present invention is to prevent the camber and strip deviation of the steel plate caused in a rough rolling process.
