The present invention relates to a colored pigment for cosmetic, which is harmless to human bodies and is environmentally friendly by preparing and using a colored pigment and a colored gloss pigment using natural dye. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a method for preparing a colored gloss pigment, which comprises: a dye manufacturing step of preparing dye from a natural dye material with red colors, blue colors, purple colors, yellow colors, and black colors; a pigment forming step of forming a pigment with the natural dye by titrating an inorganic salt solution to the dye and then adjusting the pH level to a neutral state; a substrate suspension forming step of mixing a pigment composition coated with a flake substrate, which contains at least one among synthetic mica, soft mica, glass, an a plate-shaped iron oxide, plate-shaped alumina and plate-shaped silica, talc and bismuth, and a metallic oxide with DI water, and then stirring and dispersing the mixture; and a flake substrate coating step of mixing an acidity regulator and the pigment with the substrate suspension and coating an oxide layer on the surface of the flake substrate. |
