PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular door opening and closing device which can eliminate restriction on the holding time of a door of a vehicle at a fully-opened position without spoiling assemblability and improve holding rigidity.SOLUTION: A vehicular door opening and closing device includes: a drum 23 which is rotatably supported by a housing, rotationally driven by a motor, and performs opening and closing actuation of a slide door by moving a cable in accordance with the rotation; a speed reduction mechanism M1 which is supported by the housing and reduces speed of rotation of the drum 23; and a full-opening lock 34 which has a striker 43 fixed to the speed reduction mechanism M1, a latch 45 and a pole 46 rotatably supported by the housing, and whirl-stops the latch 45 engaged with the striker 43 at the fully-opened position of the slide door with the pole 46. |
