PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact absorption member capable of easily increasing load absorbed with respect to deformation stroke.SOLUTION: An impact absorption member 10, in which a vertical wall 11 is horizontally continued in an annular shape and a hollow part 21 is formed inside the vertical wall 11, includes: a load reception part 13 that is provided on the apex side of the wall part 11; a plurality of thin wall constricted parts 25 with an end that is provided on the vertical wall 11; and a plurality of constricted groups 27 in which the constricted parts 25 are arranged in parallel and which is horizontally provided. The constricted groups are arranged in an alternated manner so that the respective constricted parts 25 of one constricted group 27 of adjacent constricted groups and the respective constricted parts 25 of the other constricted group 27 have different heights. |
