<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a potential therapeutic apparatus implemented with a liquid crystal display device with a touch panel which can suppress discomfort (a feeling of receiving electric shock) and unrest due to electric discharge and oscillation when a therapist touches the touch panel and can suppress failures in the touch panel and liquid crystal display device.SOLUTION: A potential therapeutic apparatus comprises an induced voltage detection circuit 8 for detecting a voltage V induced by a liquid crystal display device 5 as a therapist on an energization mat 3 approaches. When the voltage V detected by the induced voltage detection circuit 8 is higher than a preset upper limit voltage V, a voltage control circuit 9 performs control to reduce a voltage value of a high voltage generated by a high voltage generation circuit 2.</p> |
