<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide roll pressing type gang slitter device capable of reducing abrasion due to relative sliding with a lower blade outer peripheral surface, improving quality, and forming upper slit lines when shearing a metal strip.SOLUTION: A metal strip MB passed through a lower roll 160B is sheared by an upper blade 121 and a lower blade 122, and a plurality of upper slit lines S1 and lower slit lines S2 are formed. The upper blade 121 has an upper blade outer peripheral surface 121B in contact with the lower slit lines S2 from the upper side, and the lower blade 122 has a lower blade outer peripheral surface 122B in contact with the upper slit lines S1 from the lower side. The lower roll 160B contacts with the metal strip MB at the upper side than a reference straight line N which passes through two intersection points where the upper blade outer peripheral surface 121B and lower blade outer peripheral surface 122B intersect viewed from a width direction of the metal strip MB and regulates an angle of take-in inclination of the metal strip MB taken into a slitter 120 with respect to the reference straight line N.</p> |
