<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mattress of a profile shape mattress constituted of one sheet shape, which is excellent in body pressure dispersion in a small deformation area, and excellent in body support properties in a high deformation area.SOLUTION: An elastic foam structure is constituted by alternately linearly arranging projections 3 and deep recesses 4 in parallel in warp and weft directions, on one surface of a base plate made of an elastic foam material, and by forming shallow saddles between the projections obliquely adjacent to each other where four projections surrounding one deep recess 4. In the elastic foam structure, a notch groove arrangement row L is made by a first deep recess row L1 where deep recesses are obliquely rowed, a second deep recess row L2 in parallel with the first row, arranged with a proper number of deep recesses at intervals, and third and fourth deep recess rows L3 and L4 crossing the rows L1 and L2, and having a proper number of deep recess intervals, and notch grooves 8a and 8b penetrating from a bottom of the deep recess to a rear face of the base plate are formed in the deep recess constituting the notch groove arrangement row L.</p> |
