PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document recommendation program capable of presenting, to a user of a portable terminal, a recommendation document which is matched with a feature of a place where the portable terminal is present.SOLUTION: A computer is caused to function as: current position information acquisition means 16 for acquiring current position information on a portable terminal; storage means 18 for storing place attribute information in which position information and an attribute of a place shown by the position information are associated with each other, a plurality of electronic documents, and document attribute information showing respective attributes of the plurality of electronic documents; current position information analysis means 30 for specifying an attribute of the current position information on the basis of the current position information and the place attribute information; recommendation document selection means 32 for selecting, from the plurality of electronic documents, a recommendation document to be recommended to the portable terminal on the basis of the attribute of the current position information and the document attribute information; and display control means 34 for displaying information showing the recommendation document on display means 14 of the portable terminal.
