PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanger for an insulation trolley which enhances attachment strength to a support member, and to provide an insulation trolley system using the hanger for the insulation trolley.SOLUTION: A hanger 1 for an insulation trolley includes: a holding part 2; a shaft part 3; and a fitting part 4. The holding part 2 holds an insulation trolley line 6. The shaft part 3 is provided at the holding part 2 and is inserted into a shaft hole 8 of the support member 7 to be rotatably attached to the support member 7. The fitting part 4 is provided at the holding part 2 and is fitted in the support member 7 by the holding member 2 rotating in a state where the shaft part 3 is inserted into the shaft hole 8 of the support member 7.
