PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable data abnormality to be easily, accurately detected.SOLUTION: An abnormality detector according to an embodiment includes: a data reception unit that receives data; a first determination unit that determines whether the received data is an outlier of a preset data set; a second determination unit that determines the received data satisfies a preset predetermined condition set as a condition for determining that data is abnormal; and output unit that outputs detection of abnormality for the received data if the received data is determined to be the outlier and if the received data is determined to satisfy the predetermined condition.
