<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle plate of inkjet head and a manufacturing method of the plate in which water-repellent treatment on a discharge surface on which a nozzle is formed and hydrophilic treatment inside the nozzle can be easily performed without performing complicated processing treatment, such as masking treatment.SOLUTION: There is provided a nozzle plate of an inkjet head on which a nozzle hole is formed, in which water-repellent coating by fluorine-added diamond-like carbon processing is formed on a discharge surface of the nozzle plate, and hydrophilic coating which is hydrophilic comparing to the water-repellent coating by diamond-like carbon processing is formed on a surface on an opposite side of the discharge surface of the nozzle plate and inside the nozzle hole.</p> |
