<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexographic plate printer for forming a functional thin film on a substrate and comprising at least: a cylindrical plate trunk for attaching a flexographic plate on which at least a print pattern is formed to its outer peripheral part; an anilox roll for supplying an ink to the flexographic plate; a doctor roll for scraping extra ink on the anilox roll; an ink supply device for supplying the ink to the anilox roll; and a positioning stool on which a printed matter to which the ink of the flexographic plate is transferred is mounted, capable of printing the functional thin film with high quality and less foreign matters.SOLUTION: A doctor roll 402 has a double pipe structure and elasticity moduli on an outer fence and a central shaft of the doctor roll are different from each other. The elasticity module on the outer fence is higher than that of the central shaft for suppressing bending.</p> |
