<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management module redundant device capable of eliminating the stop of processing or the loss of information without using a shared memory or the like in the case of system switching. <P>SOLUTION: A management module redundant device (1) includes a line card (4) duplexed by active system and reserve system switch cards (2, 3) for managing the self-device, and configured to perform frame processing in the case of system switching of the switch cards (2, 3). In the management module redundant device (1), the line card (4) includes means (data control unit 43) for transmitting data for switching control to the switch cards (2, 3) in the case of system switching of the switch cards (2, 3), and the switch cards (2, 3) includes means (data processing units 21, 31) for executing the system switching of the switch cards (2, 3) while receiving information from the line card (4) to the switch cards (2, 3) when receiving the data for switching control. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
